Ingredients:
- Tofu-100gms (cubes).
- Mushroom – 6 in no.
- Green chilli – 1 in no.
- Soy sauce – ½ tsp.
- Vinegar – ½ tsp.
- Basil – 2-3 leaves Chopped.
- Lemon grass – 1 stalk chopped.
- Butter – 1tsp.
Method:
- Heat butter, sauté green chilli, basil leaves tofu & mushrooms.
- Add 2 cups of water.
- Add sauces & salt boil for 10mins & serve.
