Ingredients:
- Spring Onion – 1 bowl.
- Tomato – 1 medium size.
- Bottle gourd – 1 bowl.
- Spinach – 1bowl.
- Cabbage – 1 bowl.
- Garlic – 1 or 2 pod.
- Ginger – 1 small piece.
- Water – 1lit.
- Lime, salt & pepper as per taste.
Method:
- Add all finely chopped veg in 1 lit of water and cook until the water becomes half the quantity.
- Add lime juice, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
