Ingredients:
Grilled Cottage Cheese & Sauteed Veggies
- Paneer – 200gms.
- Spinach – 6 leaves chopped.
- Mushrooms – ½ packet.
- Butter – 10gms.
- Black pepper & salt – according to taste.
- Soy sauce – 2 tsp.
Method:
- Marinate paneer in butter & soy sauce for 1 hour.
- Grilled paneer on non stick for 5mins until golden brown.
- Heat butter in a pan, sauté chopped mushrooms & spinach, add salt, pepper & soy sauce.
- Add stir fried veggies in a patter & arrange grilled paneer on bed of veggies & serve.
