Ingredients:
- Dried Mushrooms – 1 packet.
- Oil – for frying.
- Chaat Masala & salt according to taste.
Method:
- Wash mushroom thoroughly in running water & clean with tissue paper.
- Heat oil in a pan to fry & deep fry the mushrooms until crispy.
- Sprinkle chaat masala & salt on fried mushroom.
- Serve with may & cheese dip or green chutney.
