Ingredients:
- Whey (paneer water) – 2 cups.
- or Veg. stalk.
- Cabbage – 1/4 in no diced.
- Mushroom – 1/2 cup.
- Spring onions – 1 stalks chopped.
- Olive oil – ½ tsp.
- Salt & pepper – according to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a vessel & stir fry chopped onion bulb until done.
- Add all veggies & stir fry.
- Add whey water cook until 1 boil.
- Add salt & pepper.
- Serve piping hot.
